Earth Day at the Ballpark- A Recap

Thanks for SPENDING EARTH DAY AT THE BALLPARK with me.  The proceeds from the event will  assist with recycling education at Helms Elementary in the 2012-13 school year.

Spend Earth Day at the Ballpark with Aluminum Can Music Man

Fans of baseball and recycling in South Texas can get a little bit of both this Earth Day thanks to Aluminum Can Music Man. Sunday, April 22, 2012 will be a day to SPEND EARTH DAY AT THE BALLPARK WITH ALUMINUM CAN MUSIC MAN.

Fans in Houston and Corpus Christi can take in a ballgame, get discounted tickets, and have part of their ticket purchase price go to support recycling education at Helms Elementary School in Houston.

The Astros will be playing the Dodgers at Minute Maid Park. The Corpus Christi Hooks will take on Frisco at Whataburger Field. Both games begin at 1:05 pm(Central Time).
All proceeds from the event will be donated to Helms and will be used to fund recycling education projects at the school in the 2012-13 school year.

Mark your calendar for April 22 and get ready to SPEND EARTH DAY AT THE BALLPARK WITH ALUMINUM CAN MUSIC MAN.

NOTE: The first 10,000 adults to arrive at Minute Maid Park for the game on April 22 will receive a grocery tote bag.

Around Town Earth Day Week-Friday

With Earth Day and SPEND EARTH DAY AT THE BALLPARK WITH ALUMINUM CAN MUSIC MAN one day closer, ACMM hit the highways of Houston again on Friday.  He dropped in on a few people involved full time with environmental issues.

Aluminum Can Music Man's first stop was at the offices of Keep Houston Beautiful.  Pictured above is Robin Blut, the Executive Director of this organization.

ACMM also popped in on the headquarters of the Texas Campaign for the Environment.  Pictured is Office Manager, Alejandro de la Torre.
